Comsys support provides you with fast access to specialist skills to allow prompt resolution and management of post installation technical queries around a number of technologies.
In particular, Comsys can provide a full IT support service to your VMware, EMC or Oracle Solaris environments, regardless of what version of the technology you are using.
There are two options for customers to choose from when buying Comsys support:
• Total Cover – is 24×7, 365 days a year
• Standard Cover – covers only normal business hours (9am-5:30pm) Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Whichever option you choose, the standard features of Comsys support are:
• Single point of contact telephone support
• Guaranteed 1/2 hour response time to a logged call
• Problem determination and identification – problem management and resolution
• Defined service level objectives
If you need more flexibility in the terms and scope of the existing support packages, Comsys will be happy to customise your contracts to suit your individual needs.
